My mom volunteered me to make a flier for HERITAGE DAY, an event the Historical Society is putting together.
There is a blurb on the website that says…
Parade starts on Village Lane in Orient at 12:00 - decorated bicycles and pets on leashes welcome!
My mom took that to mean that the pets should also be decorated, which I’m pretty sure is NOT the case. But I did envision Harry in an Uncle Sam costume, which he would probably love because he is a weirdo and loves to be clothed and/or in costume whenever possible. I sent my mom this flier as a joke… but I think it’s probably better than the real poster I made her.
